Pilot terms

What you get

• Access to retained HLP capital observations and selected-market fills, JSON/CSV exports, and three descriptive analytics endpoints, as described in the docs and coverage.
• Retention target: 90 days of available observations. Ongoing updates target hourly publication and at most two hours of observed source-to-API lag. Source gaps and outages can prevent these targets; current bounds and freshness are reported by the API. This pilot has no uptime SLA and is not exchange-complete.
• Data is observational and provided for research. It is not investment advice.

Price and access

• $299 USD, paid once, for 30 days of access from payment confirmation. No automatic renewal.
• Allowance: 10,000 requests and 1,000,000 returned rows per UTC calendar month, up to 60 requests per minute. A 30-day period may cross a month boundary, and allowances reset on the calendar month.
• One research team per pilot. Keep your API key private; do not resell or redistribute the data in bulk.
